Freedom Lifecoaching & Counseling offers a journey of self-discovery and self-development, leading to a life experience more compassionate and meaningful. 

We offer a safe and warm space for those in need of coaching and counseling sessions. Our method is holistic and focuses on guiding the client to the core of what is really going on, allowing the opportunity to make powerful and transformational choices from there.

Our sessions offer the possibility of working on specific goals and/or challenges according to the client's needs, or we offer a standard program focused on self-knowledge, contentment and balance. 

You can also choose for workshops, where you can learn more about specific topics. 

Language: English, Portuguese, and/or possible combinations with Dutch and/or Spanish.

Coaching & connselling on demand

This option is for clients who have a specific goal to achieve and/or a counselling topic to be worked on.

The amount of sessions needed varies per case and it can be adjusted throughout the process. 

f r e e d o m program 

This option is a standard program of 8 sessions where you will get to know yourself on a deeper level, gain clarity on where you are and on what you truly value, and you will learn how to balance the different areas of your life. 

Workshops 

This option is for clients who are interested in learning more about important pillars, attitudes and habits that support well-being and self-realization. The classes are offered to individuals or groups.
